Microsoft Learn

Microsoft Learn
Many free AI learning paths; some have machine-translated Vietnamese versions.
Microsoft's free training platform with AI learning paths for business users, some modules translated into Vietnamese, and badges on completion.
Overview
Microsoft Learn is Microsoft's official training portal. According to the platform's FAQ, all training content on Microsoft Learn is free, and you can view it without creating a profile. Signing in is only needed to save progress, earn badges when you finish modules and trophies when you finish learning paths.
The AI learning hub groups AI learning paths by role. For business users there is Work smarter with AI (using Microsoft Copilot to research, find information and create content) and a path on writing prompts for Copilot in Microsoft 365. For leaders there is Transform your business with Microsoft AI. There are also modules introducing generative AI and paths for developers, data and IT.
Note the distinction: learning badges are free, while credentials (Credentials, Certifications) are awarded after passing a separate assessment or exam. Some paths have machine-translated Vietnamese versions, for example "Làm việc thông minh hơn với AI" (Work smarter with AI).

Real-world example
An accounting services firm in Can Tho already uses Microsoft 365 and has just turned on Copilot. The department head has each employee complete the Vietnamese version of the "Làm việc thông minh hơn với AI" (Work smarter with AI) path in the first week, then continue with the part on writing prompts for Copilot. At the end of the month, the whole department shares badges on their Learn profiles and collects useful prompts for drafting customer emails and summarizing reports.
Tips & notes
Add a personal account to your profile
The FAQ advises linking a personal Microsoft account so you don't lose your learning history when changing jobs.
Don't confuse badges with certificates
Badges and trophies are free; Certifications are separate credentials that require an exam, so check the requirements and costs on the certification page.
Note the Azure hands-on part
The free sandbox has been discontinued; Azure labs need your own Azure account, so business users should prioritize the Copilot paths.
Create a Collection for the team
Gather the modules to study into a collection, then share the link with staff.
